The OneqPCR-realtime™ Campylobacter spp. Kit constitutes a ready-to-use system for the broad-range detection of Campylobacter spp. by real-time PCR. The assay is designed to detect a wide variety of Campylobacter species through the amplification of a conserved consensus sequence, enabling broad-spectrum detection across diverse sample types. Campylobacter spp. comprise a diverse group of foodborne bacteria, with several species associated with human gastroenteritis and commonly found in poultry, livestock, and other animal reservoirs. The kit contains reagents and enzymes for the specific amplification of conserved Campylobacter DNA targets, together with an Internal Control amplification system to identify possible PCR inhibition. The kit also includes a Positive Control PCR mix to ensure reliable assay performance.
