Bovine coronavirus (BCV) is recognized as the one important pathogen in cattle worldwide, that causes three distinct clinical síndromes in bovine; calf diarrhea, winter dysentery in adult cattle, and as cause of respiratory tract infections in calves and feedlot cattle, including shipping fever. The diagnostic of BCoV by considering the clinical signs and anatomopathologic lesions is not possible, because other disease can appear similar to these syndromes.
