The session also extended into oligonucleotides, antibodies, and antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs), exploring approved antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs), siRNA therapies, antibodies, and ADCs, and showing how their full structural and functional complexity can be represented in day-to-day project work rather than managed through workarounds.
Presenters bring deep discovery and biologics expertise
The webinar was led by two presenters with extensive backgrounds spanning both small-molecule and biologics drug discovery. Nicolas Triballeau, PhD, Director of Drug Discovery Chemistry at Revvity Signals, brought 17 years of experience in drug discovery, including direct project support, team leadership, and a significant role in establishing scientific standards and ontologies used across the field. He holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering with a specialization in organic chemistry, along with a Pharm.D. and a PhD in Drug Design from the University of Paris.
Adrian Papas, MS, Product Leader for Biologics in Signals One at Revvity Signals, contributed his background in protein biochemistry, analysis, and characterization, and assay development across both academic and pharmaceutical research settings. Papas has spent over a decade as a technical product manager and field application scientist supporting instrumentation for protein characterization and cellular analysis.
