The OneqPCR-realtime™ Multiplex Campylobacter Kit constitutes a ready-to-use system for the simultaneous detection of Campylobacter jejuni, Campylobacter coli, and Campylobacter lari by real-time PCR. These species are the most clinically and epidemiologically significant members of the Campylobacter genus, representing major causes of bacterial gastroenteritis worldwide and important foodborne pathogens commonly associated with poultry, livestock, and environmental sources. The kit contains reagents and enzymes for the specific amplification of these Campylobacter DNA targets and an Internal Control amplification system to identify possible PCR inhibition. The kit also includes a Positive Control PCR mix to ensure reliable assay performance
