“The OneqPCR-realtime™ Multiplex Bacillus cereus group PLUS Kit constitutes a ready-to-use system for the simultaneous detection of the major members of the Bacillus cereus group, including Bacillus cereus, Bacillus thuringiensis, Bacillus cytotoxicus, and Bacillus anthracis, by real-time PCR. These closely related species are of significant importance in food safety, environmental monitoring, and clinical diagnostics, encompassing foodborne pathogens, insecticidal biocontrol agents, and the etiological agent of anthrax. The kit contains reagents and enzymes for the specific amplification of these bacterial DNA targets and an Internal Control amplification system to identify possible PCR inhibition. The kit also includes a Positive Control PCR mix to ensure reliable assay performance.”
