Multiplex Avian Influenza H9, H7, H5

The OneqPCR-realtime™ Multiplex Avian Influenza H5, H7 & H9 Kit constitutes a ready-to-use system for the simultaneous detection of Avian Influenza Virus (AIV) H5, H7, and H9 subtypes by real-time RT-PCR. These hemagglutinin subtypes represent the most epidemiologically important avian influenza viruses, including highly pathogenic H5 strains, H7 viruses with variable pathogenicity, and the widespread H9 subtype associated with endemic circulation and viral reassortment. The kit contains reagents and enzymes for the specific amplification of H5, H7, and H9 viral RNA and an Internal Control amplification system to identify possible PCR inhibition. The kit also includes a Positive Control PCR mix to ensure reliable assay performance.
