Candida krusei detection kits

Candida krusei is a yeast belonging to the genus Candida. The major cells are cylindrical, up to 25 mm long. Separate colonies frequently exceed 5 mm in diameter. It is a nosocomial pathogen that mainly affects immunocompromised patients and those with hematological malignancies. C. krusei infection is a rare fungemia.
