“The OneqPCR-realtime™ Avian Reovirus Kit constitutes a ready-to-use system for the detection of Avian reovirus by real-time RT-PCR. Avian reovirus is an important poultry pathogen associated with diseases such as viral arthritis and tenosynovitis, as well as other production disorders, particularly in chickens, resulting in significant economic losses to the poultry industry. The kit contains reagents and enzymes for the specific amplification of Avian reovirus RNA targets, together with an Internal Control amplification system to identify possible RT-PCR inhibition. The kit also includes a Positive Control PCR mix to ensure reliable assay performance.”
