The OneqPCR-realtime™ Aichi virus Kit constitutes a ready-to-use system for the detection of Aichi virus by real-time RT-PCR. Aichi virus is an important foodborne pathogen associated with acute gastroenteritis, particularly in outbreaks linked to contaminated food and water. The kit contains reagents and enzymes for the specific amplification of Aichi virus RNA targets, together with an Internal Control amplification system to identify possible RT-PCR inhibition. The kit also includes a Positive Control PCR mix to ensure reliable assay performance.
