This video demonstrates how to use a Bioingentech DNA qPCR kit for sample analysis, including the preparation and qPCR workflow. For demonstration purposes, a 1:10 dilution of the positive control was used as a prototype sample.
For actual customer testing, DNA must first be extracted from the matrix of interest using an appropriate extraction method. Whenever possible, the extracted DNA should be quantified and its purity evaluated, including the 260/280 ratio, before using the qPCR kit. It is important to ensure that the DNA has an adequate concentration and high purity prior to analysis, as the quality of the starting material can directly affect the performance of the reaction and the interpretation of the results.
